Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will you ned?
The time it takes to photograph a home vries with the size of the home, the number of rooms to be photographed and the amount of additional work required to make the home look its best. If the home is well staged and ready for it’s closeup so to speak, it should take somewhere between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete a 2,000 sqft home. That being said, we don’t charge by the hour because we believe in taking the necissary time to provide you with our best work every time.
How will I receive my finished photos and videos?
Our
Are you licensed to fly drones?
Yes. We are fully compliant with the Federal Aviation Administration licensing requirements under Title 14 Part 107 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Can you fly anywhere and anytime?
No. There are a few reasons we might not be able to conduct drone flights, including weather conditions, airspace requirements, and security concerns. When we have a request for drone services, we conduct pre-flight research to determine the airspace classifications, and if needed request clearance from the local air trafic control facilities, check the weather forecasts, and check for flight restrictions that affect the location. Once we know we can fly in that location at the proposed time, we schedule the session, the morning of the session we check again for changes to ensure everyone’s safety.
